  • Everyone's situation is different. Part of the problem I think depends on which area of the country you live in. The area have lived in my entire life has changed to a very expensive place to live over the years.

  • mmac, I swear to God, I really am not going to reply to you again. Do you know how to write a complete sentence with proper grammar, capitalization, etc.? Can you write more than just sound bytes? You cannot seem to back up your retorts with facts.

  • mmac, Are you serious? Obama is the opposite of an empty suit - he IS an extremely intelligent man who thinks things through before speaking and making decisions. Turn off Faux News and do some reading and actual research. If you widen your world, you will be surprised at what is actually the truth.

  • I want my President to be smarter than me. With the exception of Reagan and Bush 2, I'm pretty sure they all have been (not to say that I agree with the idealogy of the Republican ones). All of these Republican candidates are straight out of a SNL skit.

  • I'll admit I am not a football fan (baseball is my sport), and I know that football on the college level brings in mega bucks. But I cannot understand how sports have such prominence in the college setting (I know that all goes back to money).

  • I totally agree with the comments posted by den-lo. I am also a real estate agent in Northern NJ, which is one of the most expensive areas to live. Realtors DO NOT set the listing price, the sellers do, and on the flip side, the buyers ultimately determine the value.
